It is my pleasure to cordially welcome you to the City of Panama in order to commemorate the ‘Encuentro’ Scientific and Business Meeting – Europe Latin America which will be held on 15-17th June 2010 in the City of Knowledge.

As one of the organizers of this event, together with the International Association of Science Parks (IASP), we have prepared a scientific and technological programme which we hope will live up to your expectations and have a positive impact on all involved.
